The Yale Law Democrats present a talk by Cincinnati City
Councilman PG Sittenfeld.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Sittenfeld graduated from
Princeton University magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and
was a Marshall Scholar.
Sittenfeld became the youngest person ever elected to
Cincinnati City Council when he finished 2nd in a field of 23 candidates in his
first run for public office in 2011. He won re-election to his city-wide seat
in 2013, earning a higher percentage of the vote and winning by a larger margin
than any candidate in Cincinnati history. He currently chairs the city's Education
& Entrepreneurship Committee, and has been at the forefront of the fight to
protect voting rights in Ohio.
Non-pizza lunch will be provided.
